  1. Before you proceed to set up a xperia website, you must add Add Sony Entertainment Network Account
  2. Go to setting Menu.
  3. under Accounts you can tap +sign add account

  4. On the next screen you can select sony entertainment network

  8. In the Recovery Mode menu. Press Volume Down/UP to scroll to Recovery option and confirm your choice by pressing Power Button.
  9. From the menu items you should select wife data/ factory reset press power button  to confirm.
  10. On the next steps the android recovery option will appear confirm wipe of all user data ? If you select “Yes -- delete all user data” then all data will delete form your mobile.

Pada kesempatan ini, saya akan berbagi dari hasil experimen yag telah saya lakukan pada Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802, yaitu melakukan Hard Reset pada smartphone Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802. Hampir sama dengan umumnya problem yang terjadi pada smartphone, tentang alasan kenapa kita harus melakukan Hard Reset. Misalkan terjadi Freeze atau Not Responding, sehingga Smartphone Android anda tidak dapat di aktifkan tombol-tombolnya maupun touch screen nya, atau mungkin lupa terhadap PIN atau Pattern Lock, dan berbagai masalah lainya yang timbul, sehingga kita harus terpaksa melakukan Hard Reset pada Android tersebut.
Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802 adalah merupakan smartphone yang mempunyai layar tergolong lebar, walaupun tidak selebar layar pada Tablet Phone yaitu 7 inchi, Sony Xperia Z Ultra C6802 bila dibandingkan dengan smartphone biasa ia memiliki layar yang cukup besar, yaitu sekitar 6, 4 Inchi.

Sebelum melakukan Hard Reset, apakah anda mengetahui apa itu Hard Reset ? Hard Reset adalah pengembalian sistem Android ke pengaturan awal pabrikan yang mana semua yang ada di Smartphone Android akan kembali seperti baru lagi, termasuk aplikasi, pengaturan, tampilan dan sistem itu sendiri. Kelebihan yang dimiliki Xperia Z Ultra C6802

  1. Sony membekali prosesor Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 kecepatan 2,2GHz pada Xperia Z Ultra. Sistem operasi yang digunakan adalah Android versi 4.2 (Jelly Bean). 
  2. Mempunyai daya tahan hidup yang lama dengan baterai berkapasitas 3.000mAh. 
  3. Ponsel ini didesain tahan air dan debu. Ponsel ini dapat bertahan di air dalam kedalaman 1,5 meter selama 30 menit. 
  4. Terdapat pena stylus untuk menggambar di layar. Bukan hanya pena stylus, layar ponsel ini juga mampu mendeteksi torehan pensil atau pena untuk aktivitas menggambar. Namun, pena yang digunakan harus terbuat dari logam dengan diameter lebih dari 1mm.
  5. Sony Xperia Z Ultra merupakan ponsel tertipis yang pernah dibuat Sony, tebalnya hanya 6,5 mm. 
  6. Xperia Z Ultra memiliki layar yang besar, berukuran 6,4 inci. Untuk sebuah ponsel, ukuran ini jelas terlalu besar. dengan teknologi Triluminos.
  7. Kamera utama 8MP pada bagian belakang. Panel belakang Xperia Z Ultra terbuat dari materi kaca antigores dan antipecah, yang membuatnya nampak elegan dan mewah. Materi ini juga digunakan pada Xperia Z.
  8. Terdapat tombol power berwarna perak di sisi kanan ponsel. Tombol ini disebut Sony sebagai Omni Balance. Masih di sisi kanan, ada tombol pengatur volume, port untuk jack audio, slot kartu SIM, dan MicroSD (hingga 64GB). 
  9. Di sisi kiri ponsel, hanya ada port untuk MicroUSB yang juga berfungsi untuk mengisi daya baterai. Hanya ada dua pilihan warna untuk Xperia Z Ultra, yakni hitam dan putih. 

Kekurangan pada Xperia Z Ultra C6802

  1. Belum memiliki flash led pada kamera, meskipun tanpa lampu flash, kamera Sony Xperia Z Ultra telah dilengkapi dengan fitur canggih Exmor RS yang akan memberikan gambar yang indah meskipun pada kondisi yang kurang cahaya, sehingga yang akan menutup kekurangan ini
  2. Posisi Baterai menyatu dengan handphone sehingga tidak bisa dilepas. Namun sangat kecil kemungkinan untuk rusak, jadi tidak begitu masalah meskipun baterai tidak bisa dilepas, di samping itu kapasitasnya pun sudah begitu besar.
  3. Harga yang begitu mahal, harga baru di atas tujuh juta rupiah. Namun bisa dimaklumi karena Sony Xperia Z Ultra menawarkan berbagai fitur canggih.
  4. Memiliki desain ukuran yang ekstra lebar, dengan layar screen yaitu 6,4 inci. sehigga tidak nyaman di bawa saku.

Cara Memaksa Restart/ Soft Reset/Shutdown.

Jika terjadi Smartphone Freeze total atu Not responding, sehingga tidak ada yang dapat anda lakukan pada Xperia Z Ultra, maka yang harus anda lakukan adalah : Mencari tombol kecil yang terletak di sekitar slot Micro SD, dengan cara membuka cover penutup MicroSD. kemudian tekan untuk meretart HP yang Freeze.

Langkah Hard Reset Xperia Z Ultra.

Metode 1

  • Pastikan baterai Sony Xperia Z Ultra terisi cukup 
  • Aktifkan ULTRA Sony Xperia Z Ultra, dengan cara menekan tombol Power.

  • Jangan lupa untuk menyimpan semua data penting (Back Up)
  • Pergi ke menu: Setting > Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Phone
  • Pilih Hapus semua untuk melanjutkan dan mengkonfirmasi siap untuk melakukan format SONY XPERIA Z ULTRA
  • SONY XPERIA Z ULTRA akan melanjutkan langkah sampai siap untuk digunakan dalam standar factory reset

Metode 2

  • Langkah pertama, anda harus download flash tool dari website resmi Sony, klik Disini
  • Pastikan anda sudah menginstall USB Data Cable Driver 
  • Sekarang matikan Sony Xperia Z Ultara C6082 anda, dengan cara menekan dan menahan tombol power.

  • Lalu anda tekan dan tahan Tombol volume Down, Kemudian hubungkan dengan kabel USB.
